WiFi Monitor Pro is a powerful tool that allows you to observe the status of WiFi networks and collect data on their parameters (signal strength, frequency, connection speed, etc.). It is used to configure a wireless router, monitor the use of the WiFi network, and check the devices connected to it.

The “Connection” tab displays information about the connected WiFi access point (hotspot):

– name (SSID) and identifier (BSSID)
– router manufacturer
– connection speed
– router signal strength
– frequency and channel number
– access point security options (hotspot)
– MAC address and IP address of the smartphone
– subnet mask, default gateway and DNS address.

The “Networks” tab allows you to compare all the available WiFi networks according to the following parameters: type, equipment manufacturer, signal level, security protocol. Access points with the same name (SSID) are grouped together.

The “Channels” tab displays the signal level of the access points (hotspots) according to its frequencies. Routers using the same frequencies provide poor WiFi connection quality.

The “Power” graph allows you to compare the power levels received from available WiFi access points (hotspots) and monitor their dynamics. The stronger the signal from the router, the better the quality of the connection.

The “Speed” graph displays the actual amount of data transmitted and received in the connected network. This helps to track the use of an access point (hotspot).

The “Scan” section searches for devices in the connected network and displays its settings. If you find foreign devices in your wireless infrastructure, block them in the router settings.
