It is not a standalone application. Neo Pack widgets require the KWGT PRO app (not the free version of this app).

A customizable launcher preferably Nova Launcher

How to install:

– Download the Neo KWGT pack and KWGT PRO application
– Press and hold the home screen and select the Widget
– Choose the KWGT widget
– Touch the widget and choose the Neo KWGT pack installed.
– Choose the widget you like.
– Enjoy it!
