This is an offline dictionary, so it will work without an internet connection.

Different ways to get the definition using the onTouch English dictionary:
Function n ° 1 (meaning pop-up)
1. Select and hold the word for which you want to get the definition.
2. Choose one:
I. Click on the COPY option in the Options menu.
II. Click on the “Define” option in the Options menu. (Only works on Android Marshmallow or later)
3. The meaning will be displayed as a pop-up right there on the screen.
Function # 2 (floating search widget)
1. Activate the floating widget in the settings.
2. Click the floating icon and enter the word in the floating search widget.
3. And get the definition directly in the floating window.

Known issues / bugs:
+ For Android 4.4, contextual function # 1 does not work as expected for onTouch English dictionary because there is a bug in the following Android version.
+ For MI phones, pop-up function # 1 does not work as expected
+And For some Android devices, feature # 1 does not work in some PDF readers.
