Lock Mode
Each lock is associated with a lock mode. Blocked apps mode allows you to choose a list of apps you want to block during lockdown. Allowed apps mode lets you choose a list of apps you want to allow during lockdown. The strictest is the lock screen only mode which only allows the use of the lock screen. You can still answer calls or call emergency numbers in this mode. You can also choose websites to block or allow.

Usage-Based Locks
Configure rules that will trigger an automatic lock based on your device usage.

Scheduled locks
Set up locks that repeat regularly on a schedule. You can choose the start and end time, days of the week, lock mode and additional options for each scheduled lock.

Lock Options
Each lock has its own configurable options:
• Unlock periodically with regular built-in breaks (pomodoro)
• Hide notifications from blocked apps
•Enable Do Not Disturb (DND)
• Mute the ringtone
• Activate only at chosen physical locations
•Authorize a chosen payment to end the lock early

Reducing notifications is important to help us eliminate frequent interruptions, which is vital for our productivity and mental health.
